New 8 week term of beginners classes
It's helpful to wear clothing that you can move easily in, bring some water and a jumper or something warm. In most classes there is movement that is very activating but we also rest and have quiet or still periods in which it is important that you are not cold.
What is Biodanza?
Biodanza translates as ‘the dance of life’. It is a way of integrating our body, our emotions and our thinking, through nourishing our natural potentials. We work with what feels good – our positive emotions and capacity for wholeness.
Using music and movement arising from our feelings, we contact our natural joyfulness for life – the pleasure to feel intensely alive, right now, rediscovering ourselves and our relationships with others.
Directions for Northcote Scout Hall:
Travelling West on Great Western Road past Byers Road/Botanic Gardens junction, take next left turn (signposted Dowanhill). Go straight on up hill into Victoria Circus. Immediately at the top of the hill, the hall is a low building on the left, attached to the larger (and grander) Northcote Medical Practice. Plentiful buses will drop you nearby on Great Western Road, or it's a 10 minute walk from Hillhead Metro. Parking is easy on the road outside.
