Purchasing Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like booking any other item with Gather. Once they have been purchased, the value of the Gift Vouchers will be added to your own personal Gift Vouchers account. If you have funds in your Gift Vouchers account then you will notice the amount showing when you login and this also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Vouchers to someone via email.



How to send Gift Vouchers
To send the Gift Vouchers to someone else you need to go to the Send Gift Vouchers page - you can find the link in your Basket (look in the right hand column). You need to specify the following:

Name of person you are sending the Gift Vouchers to
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Vouchers to
The amount you want to send (please note that you don't have to send the full amount that you have in your Gift Vouchers account)
A short message that will appear in the email that is sent to the person

Buying with Gift Vouchers
If you have funds in your Gift Vouchers Account then you can use those funds to purchase anything from Gather. An extra box will appear at the checkout stage and you just have to enter the amount that you wish to spend from your Gift Vouchers Account. If you have more funds in your Gift Vouchers Account than the total cost of your bookings then the balance will be left in your Gift Vouchers Account for the future.


Redeeming Gift Vouchers
If you receive Gather Gift Vouchers by email then it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Vouchers along with a short message from that person. The email will contain a Gift Vouchers Redemption Code and it is probably a good idea to save or print this email for future reference. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by clicking on the link contained within the email that you have been sent. You will be requested to create an account if you don't already have one and the Gift Vouchers will then be validated and placed in your Gift Vouchers Account ready to spend on whatever you want.

During the checkout process. There will be a box to enter a redemption code on the same page where you select a payment method - just enter the redemption code here and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Vouchers Account ready to spend on whatever you want.Just contact Gather if you have any queries and please provide as much information as possible.
